Course Description
Health is a matter of balance. Spend four days immersed in observing, experiencing, evaluating and balancing the autonomic nervous system (ANS) from a Holistic perspective. It has been thought that one would need to train for many decades as an eastern yogi to be able to influence the ANS. By using Dr. Cliff Oliver's decades of personal client based experience you will dive into one of the most fascinating and rewarding aspects of Holistic Health and create Vitality and Longevity by working with and balancing the ANS.
The Autonomic Nervous System
influences all aspects of the body including GI, Adrenal, Thyroid, Musculoskeletal, Hormonal, Energy, Rest and Recovery, Sleep, Breath and of course the BRAIN. This is a primary system that is radically distorted by STRESS. Quality of life and the inevitable suffering that results are at stake here.
The course is taught by using the Socratic and Japanese Kozato Method in a small personal hands on workshop. There will be dialogue and experiential process to fully grasp the material. When available, outside experts in their field will be brought in to share their vast knowledge with the participants.
